Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning, and Transit

Committee, Thomas J. Briggs, and Deputy Chairman James F. Maloney offer the

following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Transportation (Ulster County Area Transit); and

WHEREAS, advertising revenue totaling $8,685.54 has been received from

Timely Signs and will be used to purchase tires and batteries for the fleet; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Transportation requests that the 2015

Ulster County Budget be modified accordingly; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2015 Ulster County Budget is amended as follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT

AA.5630-5901.4000.4055 Supplies Tires and Batteries $ 8,685.54
