WHEREAS, terms expired for several representatives on the Soil and Water Conservation District Board effective December 31, 2024; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Legislature wishes to reappoint said representatives to serve on the Soil and Water Conservation District Board, in the same capacity, for another term; now, therefore be it
