Chairman of the Legislative Programs, Education and Community Services

Committee, David B. Donaldson, and Deputy Chairman Mary Wawro offer the

following:

WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to be held concerning the proposed

budget of the Ulster County Community College for the fiscal year commencing on

September 1, 2014; now, therefore, be it

 RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Legislature shall cause a legal notice of

said public hearing to be published according to law; and, be it further

 RESOLVED, that said public hearing is to be held on Wednesday, June 11,

2014, at 6:30 PM, College Lounge, Vanderlyn Hall, Ulster County Community

College, Stone Ridge, New York,

and move its adoption.
