Chairman of the Laws and Rules, Governmental Services Committee, Richard A.

Parete, and Deputy Chairman Kevin A. Roberts offer the following:

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Ethics and Disclosure Law requires certain

County officials and employees to make an annual financial disclosure pursuant to

section 44-6(A); and

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 44-6(F) of the Ulster County Ethics and

Disclosure Law, the County Legislature has the power and authority to promulgate

and amend the form of the Annual Disclosure Form by resolution; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Board of Ethics during its November 4, 2013

meeting, approved an amended Annual Disclosure Form and recommends that the

Ulster County Legislature approve the amended form, which is attached as Exhibit A,

for distribution and use; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Annual Disclosure Form is hereby amended and the

new form, as depicted as Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby approved for use;

and moves its adoption
