Legislators Kenneth Wishnick and Hector Rodriguez, and Legislators Allen, Archer,

Belfiglio, Fabiano, Gregorius, Litts, Lopez, Maio, Maloney, Roberts, Ronk, and

Wawro offer the following:

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held regarding Amended

Proposed Local Law No. 10 of 2014 (A Local Law Respecting the Outdoor Restraint

of Companion Animals), and said Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday,

November 12, 2014 at 6:00 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office

Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Amended Proposed Local Law No. 10 of 2014 is hereby

submitted to the Ulster County Legislature and is hereby tabled pending the holding

of a Public Hearing thereon; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November

12, 2014 at 6:00 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building,

244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall cause a

legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published according to law,

and move its adoption.
