Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Thomas J. Briggs,

and Deputy Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk offer the following:

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office is requesting that $6,961.00

from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Confidential Investigations Division

Restitution Surcharge Account be appropriated for use in confidential investigations

by covering division vehicle expense; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2014 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT
