Deputy Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Kenneth J.

Ronk, offers the following:

 WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board, the Centerville Fire

Department, Glasco Fire Department, Mt. Marion Fire Department, Malden Fire

Department, Saugerties Village Fire Department, and the Saxton Fire Department

have recommended appointing John Heppner as the Saugerties representative to the

Ulster County Fire Advisory Board to replace Terrence Valk; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster

County Fire Advisory Board completing a term to expire on December 31, 2015:

John Heppner

3 Little Moose Lane

Saugerties, New York 12477,

and move its adoption.
