Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Thomas J. Briggs,

and Deputy Chairman Kenneth Ronk offer the following:

WHEREAS, an insurance recovery totaling $7,524.46 has been received in

connection with damage to a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria patrol vehicle; and

WHEREAS, the funds will be used to repair the damaged vehicle; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff requests the insurance recovery

proceeds be appropriated for use in the repair of the damaged patrol vehicle; now,

therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2014 ulster County is hereby amended as follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT

AA.3110.1811.4690.4690 Auto Repair $7,524.00

and move its adoption.
