Chairman of the Legislative Programs, Education and Community Services

Committee, David B. Donaldson, and Deputy Chairman Mary Wawro offer the

following:

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Ulster County Community College

has requested approval of the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning

September 1, 2014 and ending August 31, 2015, as revised, pursuant to the laws and

rules applicable thereto; now, therefore, be it

 RESOLVED, the Ulster County Legislature hereby approves the 2014-2015

Ulster County Community College Budget, as revised and filed with the Clerk of the

Legislature, in the amount of $29,344,061.00 providing for a contribution by Ulster

County in the amount of $6,280,863.00,

and move its adoption.

Legislator Ronk motioned, seconded by Legislator Gregorius, to amend the

resolution by adding the words “as revised” to the title and first WHEREAS, and

“revised and” to the RESOLVED.
