Belfiglio, Fabiano, Gerentine, Litts, Lopez, Maio, Maloney, Roberts, Ronk, Wawro

offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to § C-19 of the Ulster County Charter and Rule 11 of

the Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature, “A Clerk of the County

Legislature shall be elected by the County Legislature on an annual basis

commencing upon the organizational meeting of the County Legislature which shall

take place in January, 2014”; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, The Ulster County Legislature hereby elects Victoria A. Fabella

as Clerk of the Legislature to serve at the pleasure of the Legislative Body until her

successor shall be appointed and shall qualify,

and moves its adoption.
