Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, John Gavaris, and Deputy Chair Kevin A. Roberts offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 92 of the Code of the County of Ulster, the County Executive has appointed John Stegmayer to the position of Assigned Counsel Administrator for Ulster County; and

WHEREAS, further pursuant to § 92-1, A. of the Code of the County of Ulster, the above-referenced appointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby confirms the appointment of John Stegmayer to the position of Assigned Counsel Administrator for Ulster County,

and move its adoption.
