Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Gina Hansut, and Deputy Chair Chris Hewitt offer the following:

WHEREAS, vacancies on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board currently exist; and

            WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board has met and unanimously recommended the appointment of David Allen as the City of Kingston representative and Donald Stauss as the Town of Plattekill representative (due to the resignation of Aaron Kopaskie) to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individuals are hereby appointed to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board serving a term to expire on December 31, 2025:

David Allen                                       Donald Stauss

and move its adoption.
