Chairman of the Housing and Transportation Committee, Jeff Collins, and Deputy Chair Thomas Corcoran offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Social Services; and

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Social Services has received notification from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) of an allocation of Rental Supplement Program (RSP) funding; and

 

WHEREAS, in order to reflect the increased funding, an amendment of the 2025 budget is necessary; and

 

WHEREAS, no County contribution or matching funding is required; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the 2025 Ulster County Operating Budget is hereby amended as follows:
