Legislators Jeff Collins and Eric Kitchen offer the following:

WHEREAS, vacancies on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board currently exists; and

            WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board has met and unanimously recommended the appointment of Tommy O’Brien as the Town of Rochester representative and Dennis Scully as the Town of Kingston representative to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individuals are hereby appointed to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board serving a term to expire on December 31, 2025:

Tommy O’Brien                                           Dennis Scully

and move its adoption.
