Legislators Abe Uchitelle and Kevin Roberts offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, the Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature were originally adopted in the year 1969; and

 

WHEREAS, said Rules of Order have been amended from time to time, with the last comprehensive review and major revision being adopted on May 18, 2021; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature in the form last amended on July 19, 2022 are hereby adopted as the Rules governing this Legislative Body and its proceedings for the years 2024 and 2025,

 

and moves its adoption.
