Legislator Kenneth Ronk, Jr. offers the following:

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board due

to the resignation of Kevin Keller; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board and the Bloomington Fire

District have recommended appointing Kevin Hines as the Town of Rosendale

representative to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster

County Fire Advisory Board completing a term to expire on December 31, 2015:

Kevin Hines

91 Kallop Road

Kingston, NY 12401,

and move its adoption.
