Chairman of the Public Works & Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano,

and Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Acting Commissioner of Public Works has prepared the 2015

list of Reconstruction of Various Roads in Ulster County; and

WHEREAS, the project expenditures in the amount of $425,000.00 for

Reconstruction of Various Roads, were approved in the 2015 – 2020 Capital

Program; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests that Capital Project

No. 448 be established and funded; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 448 - Reconstruction of Various Roads,

is hereby established; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the 2015 Ulster County Capital Fund is hereby amended as

follows:

 INCREASE AMOUNT

HH.5197.0448.4100.4125 Capital Project No. 448 $425,000.00

HH.5197.0448.3500.5710 Revenue - Serial Bonds $425,000.00

and move its adoption.
