Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano,

Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran, and Legislator Jeanette Provenzano offer the

following:

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 403 dated November 18, 2014, set the date for

the Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law No. 15 of 2014 (A Local Law

Establishing A Construction Apprenticeship For Agreements For Certain Bridge

Contracts In Excess Of $500,000), to be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at

6:05 PM, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair

Street, Kingston, New York; and

WHEREAS, said Public Hearing was held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014

at 6:05 PM, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair

Street, Kingston, New York; and

WHEREAS, said Public Hearing was advertised in the official newspapers of

the County of Ulster, and posted on the signboard maintained by the Clerk of the

Legislature situated in the Ulster County Office Building; and

WHEREAS, all parties in attendance were permitted an opportunity to speak

on behalf of or in opposition to said Proposed Local Law; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that herein, Proposed Local Law No. 15 of 2014 is hereby

adopted by the Ulster
