Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano,

and Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

WHEREAS, the County Executive has submitted this resolution on behalf of

the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has been notified by the New

York State Department of Transportation of Extreme Winter Recovery funding for

Ulster County road and bridge repairs in the amount of $308,997.96 for the State

fiscal year 2015-2016; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests the 2015 Extreme

Winter Recovery Appropriation account be increased in the amount of $308,998.00;

now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2015 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:

 INCREASE AMOUNT

DD.5112.5112.4100.4150 Materials/Additional Funding $308,998.00

and move its adoption.
