Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Thomas J. Briggs,

and Deputy Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk offer the following:

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff has requested that the Chairman of the

Ulster County Legislature be authorized to execute a license agreement # HSCGG1-

16-6-0001 for October 1, 2015 until September 30, 2025 with U.S. Coast Guard ANT

Saugerties, 154 Lighthouse Drive, Saugerties, NY 12477 for boat docking space for

the Sheriff’s marine units; and

WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the County associated with this license

agreement; and

WHEREAS, in any event the licensee, the County of Ulster, shall have the

option to terminate the license agreement for any reason or for no reason, upon 30

days written notice to the licensor, U .S. Coast Guard ANT Saugerties; now

therefore, be it.

RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature be

authorized to execute a license agreement with U.S. Coast Guard ANT Saugerties,

154 Lighthouse Drive, Saugerties, NY 12477, for boat docking space 154 Lighthouse

Drive, Saugerties, NY 12477 for the Sheriff’s marine units, in the form as filed with

the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature or as modified with the approval of the

County Attorney and the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature,

and move its adoption.
