Chair of the Legislature, Peter J. Criswell, offers the following:

          WHEREAS, the term of Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency Board Member David Gilmour expired on December 31, 2024; and

          WHEREAS, after consideration, the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature has appointed the following individual to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency to fill the term as indicated below:

                                                                                 December 31, 2027;

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986, Ch. 936) requires that such reappointment be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore be it

          RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
