Referred to: The Ways and Means Committee (Chairman Gavaris and Legislators Cahill, Fabiano, Ronk, and Walter)
Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, John Gavaris, and Deputy Chair Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offer the following:
WHEREAS, the below projects are included in the 2023-2028 Ulster County Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the SUNY Office for Capital Facilities requires Legislative approval of such projects prior to such projects being submitted to the New York State Division of Budget for inclusion in the 2023-2028 New York State Budget; and
WHEREAS, Ulster County’s share of these capital projects of $14,167,638 would be bonded in accordance with SUNY funding policy and procedures for capital projects; now, therefore beit
RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature approves the advancementof such anticipated projects for 2023 asfollows:
