Chairwoman of the Laws and Rules, Governmental Services Committee, Tracey A. Bartels, offers the following:

WHEREAS, Ashley E. Dittus has been recommended by the Democratic County Committee of the County of Ulster as a suitable and qualified person for the appointment to the office of Commissioner of Elections; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to Election Law 3-204, that Ashley E. Dittus, Kingston, New York, Democratic Party, be reappointed as Election Commissioner, starting on the 1st day of January 2021, and ending on the 31st day of December 2022,

and move its adoption.
