Chairman John R. Parete offers the following:

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held regarding Proposed Local

Law No. 3 of 2014, A Local Law Amending Local Law No. 10 of 2008 ( A Local

Law Adopting An Administrative Code for the County of Ulster, State of New York)

To Require Certain Resolutions Approving The Execution Of Contracts And

Contract Amendments In Excess Of $50,000.00 Entered Into By The County For

Public Services Be Supplemented With Standardized Information Upon Filing, and

said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 7:05 PM in the

Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston,

New York; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2014 is hereby submitted to

the Ulster County Legislature and is hereby tabled pending the holding of a Public

Hearing thereon; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014

at 7:05 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair

Street, Kingston, New York; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall cause a

legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published according to law,

and moves its adoption.
