Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Human Rights Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:
WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Social Services; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Social Services has received notification from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) of an allocation of funding to support Family-Centered Case Management Services; and
WHEREAS, in order to reflect the increased funding, an amendment of the 2025 budget is necessary; and
WHEREAS, no County contribution or matching funding is required; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the 2025 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
