The members of the Transit Riders’ and Intermodal Advisory Committee shall make recommendations to the Legislature’s Standing Committee overseeing Transportation pertaining to improvements, upgrades, expansion, connectivity, safety and other issues relating to public and intermodal transit. The committee shall meet no less than four times annually to ensure that transportation services are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently in a manner that safeguards the public and serves the County as a whole.
