Dominick Marino serves as the Ulster County Legislator for District 10, representing Highland and Marlborough. A dedicated advocate for mental health, housing stability, and community well-being, Dominick brings years of professional and lived experience to his role in county government.
He is the Assistant Executive Director of Respite Services at People USA, where he oversees crisis prevention programs across multiple counties and leads a large team of peer professionals. His work focuses on ensuring high-quality, person-centered support for individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges and strengthening partnerships across local systems.
Dominick has worked across nearly every level of supportive services, including care management, supportive housing, crisis stabilization, and crisis respite. These experiences shape his commitment to advancing policies that expand accessible housing, strengthen crisis response, ensure responsible budgeting, and support thoughtful development along the 9W corridor.
Proud to serve District 10, Dominick remains focused on transparency, collaboration, and improving the quality of life for residents across Ulster County.
