Chairman John R. Parete and Legislator Kenneth Ronk offer the following:

WHEREAS, Catherine A. Nilsen’s term on the Ulster County Resource

Recovery Agency will expire on December 31, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has reappointed

the following individual to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency for the

term as indicated below:

Catherine A. Nilsen Term Begins: January 1, 2015

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986,

Ch. 936) requires that such appointments must be subject to the confirmation of the

Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the reappointment

of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource

Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
