Chairman of the Public Health and Social Services Committee, Craig V. Lopez, and

Deputy Chairman Jeanette Provenzano offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Social Services; and

WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in various departmental accounts to

properly transfer State, Federal and other grant obligations for the years 2013 and

2014 to allow processing and payment in the year 2014; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Social Services has requested an

amendment to the 2014 Ulster County Budget to allow for payment of 2013 and

2014 contractual obligations; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2014 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:

AA.6010.2608-4600-4660 Shelter Plus Singles $ 403,381.00

AA.6010.2608-4600-4660 Non-residential Domestic Violence $ 22,366.00

AA.6010.2608-4600-4660 Day Care Registration $ 139,787.00

AA.6010.2608-3300-3610 STSJP $ 244,862.00

AA.6010.2608-4600-4660 Child & Family Safety Grant $ 149,722.00

AA.6010.2608-4600-4660 Early Intervention Program $ 69,102.00
