Legislators Allen, Archer, Bartels, Briggs, Donaldson, Greene, Gregorius, Loughran,

John Parete, Richard Parete, Provenzano, Rodriquez, and Wishnick offer the

following:

WHEREAS, C. Victor Work has been recommended by the Democratic

County Committee of the County of Ulster as a suitable and qualified person for the

appointment to the office of Commissioner of Elections; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to Election Law 3-204, that C. Victor Work, of

Wallkill, New York, and the Democratic Party, be reappointed as Election

Commissioner, starting on the 1st day of January 2015, and ending on the 31st day of

December 2016,

and move its adoption.
