Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, Richard A. Gerentine, and Deputy
Chairman Tracey A. Bartels offer the following:
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to be held pursuant to Section
1411(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to consider the
advisability of adoption of a resolution authorizing the sale and/or transfer of 300
Flatbush Avenue and approximately 7.53 acres of vacant land in the Town of Ulster
to the Ulster County Development Corporation, a local development corporation;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014
at 7:10 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair
Street, Kingston, New York; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall cause a
legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published according to law,
and move its adoption.
