Resolution No. 1 January 7, 2014 Adoption Of The Rules Of Order Majority Leader Gregorius, Minority Leader Ronk, and Legislator Rodriguez offer the following: WHEREAS, The Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature were originally adopted in the year 1969; and WHEREAS, said Rules of Order have been amended from time to time, with the last major revision being adopted on July 23, 2013, and subsequently amended on September 24, 2013; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature adopted on July 23, 2013, and subsequently amended on September 24, 2013, are hereby adopted as the Rules governing this Legislative Body and its proceedings for the years 2014 and 2015, and moves its adoption.
