Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Human Rights Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, on January 13, 2025, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individuals be reappointed to the Community Services Board:

 

Dr. Maya Hambright

Woodstock, NY 12498;

 

Emma Hambright

Woodstock, NY 12498;

 

Maureen Sheehan

Ulster Park, NY 12487; and

 

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has reappointed the following individuals to the Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

 

Dr. Maya Hambright                             Term to Begin: Present

Woodstock, NY 12498                          Term Expires: 12/31/2028

                                                            Eligible Reappt:  Yes;

 

Emma Hambright                                  Term to Begin: Present

Woodstock, NY 12498                          Term Expires: 12/31/2028

                                                            Eligible Reappt:  Yes;

 

Maureen Sheehan                                  Term to Begin: Present

Ulster Park, NY 12487                           Term Expires: 12/31/2028

                                                            Eligible Reappt:  Yes; and

 

WHEREAS, the reappointments are subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

 

 

 

RESOLVED, that the above named individuals are hereby confirmed as  members of the Ulster County Community Services Board for the terms indicated,     

 

and move its adoption.
