Chair of the Legislature, Peter J. Criswell, offers the following:

          WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency Board due to the resignation of Regis Obijiski; and

          WHEREAS, after consideration, the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature has appointed the following individual to fill the vacancy on the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency Board for the unexpired term as indicated below:

                                                                                 December 31, 2026;

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986, Ch. 936) requires that such appointment be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore be it

          RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
