Chair of the Legislature, Peter J. Criswell, offers the following:
WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Social Services; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Social Services has received notification from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) of an allocation of funding to support Family-Centered Case Management Services; and
WHEREAS, in order to reflect the increased funding, an amendment of the 2024 budget is necessary; and
WHEREAS, no County contribution or matching funding is required; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the 2024 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
INCREASE AMOUNT
AA.6010.2617-4300.4505 Professional Services Other Fees $ 330,769.00
