Chair of the Legislature, Peter Criswell, offers the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter for the County of Ulster: “ARTICLE XXXIV, Periodic Compensation Review Committee, § C-108. Establishment; membership; compensation, “There is hereby established a Periodic Compensation Review Committee for Ulster County. The Committee shall consist of five members of whom three members shall be selected by the County Legislature with at least one member from the party with the second most number of legislative members”; and

WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Periodic Compensation Review Committee due to unexpired terms; and

WHEREAS, the Chair of the Legislature has requested that the Legislature appoint/reappoint the below named individuals to fill the vacancies; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby appoints/reappoints the following individuals to the Periodic Compensation Review Committee for the terms as indicated:
