Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, on January 8, 2024, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individuals be appointed to the Community Services Board:

Stephanie Kresser, LMSW                                       

Port Ewen, New York 12466

Amy Nitza, PhD

Kingston, New York 12401; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has appointed the above named individuals to the Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for a term to begin immediately and to expire December 31, 2026; and

WHEREAS, the reappointments are subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the above-named individuals are hereby confirmed as members of the Ulster County Community Services Board for the term indicated,         

and moves its adoption.
