Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, John Gavaris, and Deputy Chair Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section C-53 of the Ulster County Charter and Section A8-1 of the Administrative Code, the County Executive has appointed Roseann Daw to the position of Commissioner of Finance for Ulster County; and

WHEREAS, further pursuant to Sections C-15 and C-53 of the Ulster County Charter and Sections A2-10 and A8-1 (A) of the Administrative Code, the above-referenced appointment is now subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby confirms the appointment of Roseann Daw to the position of Commissioner of Finance for Ulster County,

and move its adoption.
