Chair of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, on November 14, 2022, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individual be appointed to the Community Services Board:

Maureen Sheehan                                          

Ulster Park, New York 12487; and

WHEREAS, the Acting County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has appointed the following individual to the Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

          RESOLVED, that the above named individual is hereby confirmed as a member of the Ulster County Community Services Board for the term indicated,     

and moves its adoption.
