Chair Tracey A. Bartels offers the following:

            WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist on the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency due to the expired term of Charles Landi; and

            WHEREAS, the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature, after consideration of the recommendation of the Minority Leader of the Ulster County Legislature, has appointed the following individual to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency for the term as indicated below:

                                                                                               December 31, 2025 

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986, Ch. 936) requires that such appointment be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore be it

            RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
