WHEREAS, County Law Section 214 requires the County Legislature to designate newspapers for official publications; now therefore be it

          RESOLVED, that pursuant to Subdivision 1 of County Law Section 214, the following newspapers are hereby designated as official Newspapers for concurrent resolutions, Election Notices issued by the Secretary of State, and the Official Canvass, and additionally utilized as the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature may deem necessary from time to time:
