Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Gina Hansut offer the following:

 

WHERAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the Ulster County Sheriff; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has received revenue due to a vehicle loss; and

 

 WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office requires the replacement of the lost vehicle; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office requests the transfer of loss funds be moved for the vehicle purchase; now, therefore be it

 

            RESOLVED, that the 2022 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
