Chair of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

 

           WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held pursuant to Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to consider the advisability of adoption of a resolution authorizing the sale and/or transfer of properties owned by Ulster County and identified Real Property Tax Map Section Block and Lot (SBL) 56.13-1-14, 63.2-4-31, 87.8-1-5, 39.13-3-19, 95.1-3-32.1, to the Ulster County Housing Development Corporation, a local development corporation; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall act in accordance with Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to cause a legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published; and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:25 PM, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, and/or via videoconference to the extent allowable
pursuant to existing New York State legislation, or order and the Rules of the Ulster
County Legislature

 

and moves its adoption.
