Chair of the Legislature, Tracey A. Bartels offers the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V Board of Directors, Section 3 Composition, Item B Appointed members of the Constitution of the Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Ulster County:

i.                   

The county governing body shall be requested annually to appoint one legislator to serve as a Director on the Association Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, the County Legislative Chair requests the following individual to be appointed to the Ulster County Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Ulster County Board of Directors:

now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of the aforementioned individual as a member to the Ulster County Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Ulster County Board of Directors for the term as indicated above,

and moves its adoption.
