Chairwoman of the Energy and Environment Committee, Manna Jo Greene, and Deputy Chair Mary Wawro offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, it is desired to design the retrofit of approximately 1,300 lighting fixtures at development court to LED lamps, utilizing energy efficiency rebates when available; and

WHEREAS, this project will use an outside contractor and said contracted work was procured through RFP-UC21-040; and

            WHEREAS, the project expenditures in the amount of $184,303.00 for the Development Court Lighting Retrofit, were approved in the 2021 – 2026 Capital Program; and

            WHEREAS, the Acting Commissioner of Public Works requests that Capital Project No. 611 be established and funded for design; now, therefore be it

            RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 611 for the Development Court Lighting Retrofit be established as follows:

and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the 2021 Ulster County Capital Fund budget is hereby amended as follows:
