Chairwoman of the Laws and Rules, Governmental Services Committee, Tracey A. Bartels, and Deputy Chair Kevin Roberts offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Board of Elections has offered the Town of Rochester in Ulster County the use of polling equipment and material for use in the December 7, 202 Town of Rochester Special Election; and

 

WHEREAS, the equipment will at all times remain property of Ulster County and the Ulster County Board of Elections; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature is hereby authorized to sign an agreement, and amendments thereto, with the Town of Rochester for the use of polling equipment and material for the December 7, 2021 Ulster County Town election, in the form as filed with the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature, or as modified with the approval of the County Attorney,

 

and move its adoption.
