Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Heidi Haynes offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Probation; and

WHEREAS, the department has received notification from the New York State Office for Prevention of Domestic Violence (OPDV) of approval of the Sexual Assault COVID-19 Recovery Fund as submitted by the County’s Department of Probation; and

WHEREAS, in order to reflect the increased funding an amendment of the 2021 budget is necessary; and

WHEREAS, no County contribution or matching funding is required; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2021 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
