Chairwoman of the Ways and Means Committee, Lynn Archer, and Deputy Chair Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

          WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Finance has requested authorization to make various transfers and budgetary amendments as are required to close out the 2020 financial records of the County; now, therefore be it

          RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Commissioner of Finance is hereby authorized to make transfers of funds and budgetary amendments as are required, with the exception of any funds designated in contingency, to properly close out the 2020 financial records of the County, and to file a list of said transfers and budgetary amendments with the Ways and Means Committee of the Ulster County Legislature as soon as possible thereafter,

and move its adoption.
