Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Heidi Haynes offer the following:

           WHEREAS, the Ulster County District Attorney is requesting $100.00 be appropriated from the District Attorney’s Fund Balance Fines Account for the purpose of upgrading, as defined in Local Law Number 12 of 2015; and

           WHEREAS, these funds will be used to pay the administrative costs of maintaining the Ulster County Animal Abuse Registry; now, therefore be it

           RESOLVED, that the 2020 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
