Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and Deputy Chair Manna Jo Greene offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

            WHEREAS, the project expenditures in the amount of $ 40,000.00 for the County Vehicle Fleet, were approved in the 2020 – 2025 Capital Program; and

            WHEREAS, this trailer acquisition is needed to replace existing vehicles because of extensive rust and corrosion and as such are not cost effective to repair; and

            WHEREAS, the project is established to purchase a total of 1 trailer:  One Seraphin Volumetric Calibration Trailer for Weights & Measures; now, therefore be it

            RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 575 be established for the purchase of replacement of County vehicles during the year 2020;

and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the 2020 Ulster County Capital Fund budget is hereby amended as follows:
